Forklift Operator
$18.25/Hr. + Overtime

Location: Garland/Burlington, Wyoming

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, railcars, and storage areas.
• Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials throughout the facility.
• Stack, stage, and organize inventory according to established procedures.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete pre-shift checklists.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, and maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records as required.
• Assist with warehouse, production, and housekeeping duties.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including dust, noise, heat, and cold.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Work Schedule

• 7am - 3:30pm + Overtime as required
• Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
