Part-Time Customer Service & Showroom Assistant
Location: Klamath Falls, OR area
Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00 AM-1:00/2:00 PM, with potential for additional hours
Pay: Starting at entry-level wage, depending on experience
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and positive individual to join a small local business in a part-time customer service and showroom support role. This position is a combination of customer service, product support, organization, and hands-on work.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, staying busy, and learning new products. You'll help create a welcoming experience for customers while also keeping the showroom, inventory, and work areas organized and running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and take messages
Welcome walk-in customers and help them get started
Ask questions to understand customers' needs and help guide them toward the right products and options
Learn the company's products and services so you can confidently assist customers
Help customers understand their options and provide a positive, helpful experience
Receive, move, organize, and maintain inventory and product samples
Help move boxes and materials as needed
Keep inventory areas organized and easy to navigate
Assist with taking customer payments
Keep the showroom and workspace clean, organized, and inviting
Provide general administrative and customer service support as needed

Positive, upbeat attitude and a welcoming personality
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable talking with customers and asking questions
Willingness to learn detailed product information
Organized, dependable, and able to take initiative
Comfortable working independently in a small-business environment
Willing and able to perform regular hands-on tasks, including moving boxes, organizing inventory, and keeping work areas orderly
Comfortable being on your feet and staying active throughout the workday
Previous customer service, retail, sales, office, or inventory experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Reliable transportation is required. The business is located a few miles outside of town, so candidates must have dependable transportation to and from work.
