- Greet customers professionally at the Front Desk
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Provide clear information regarding program eligibility
- Process online and on-demand applications
- Maintain confidentiality and detailed records
Required Qualifications:
- Required 3+ years of consecutive office or administrative experience
- Required Demonstrated job stability and strong attendance history
- Professional customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
