Position Details
- Pay: Oregon Minimum Wage
- Schedule: Full-time
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Local hotel
Shift Availability Required
Candidates must be available to work any of the following shifts:
- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
A consistent schedule will be assigned; however, candidates must have open availability for all shifts and all days of the week.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist hotel guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Check guests in and out
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
- Process reservations and payments
- Complete night audit duties and daily reports
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and front desk operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
