We're looking for two experienced Front-End Loader (VAT) Operators to join a busy wood veneer plant on swing shift. This is a hands-on, safety-critical role operating high-dollar equipment in tight spaces, so solid operator experience is a must.

- Minimum 2 years of front-end loader/operator experience
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new equipment
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Manufacturing or wood products experience is a plus
