We are hiring a full-time office assistant.
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $18-$20/hr
In office work environment working with a dynamic, fun, high energy team on a mission to help as many people in the Oregon City, Clackamas, Milwaukie, Gladstone area as possible.

Within this role you will be asked to do the following, but not limited to:
A combination of experience within any of the following fields is desired; Human Resources, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Social Media, or Customer service is desired.

- Providing superior service to individuals on the phone and in person
- Greeting employees and ensuring a smooth hire-to-work process
- Answering basic questions brought by employees and clients
- Posting job opportunities online
- Following up with clients, associates and internal team members as directed
- Data entry: fast paced and accuracy are critical
- Filing
- Database management
- Auditing for accuracy and completeness of files
- Assisting applicants with the interview process
- Administering testing and follow up evaluations as needed
- You will be required to work with urgency with a very high level of attention to detail
