Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper
Pay: $25-$30/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage accounting functions from start to finish. This role requires the ability to work independently, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare books for tax readiness across multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently close books on a monthly and year-end basis
- Prepare year-end adjusting journal entries
- Deliver tax-ready trial balances
- Manage S-Corporation and partnership client accounts
- Reconcile payroll liabilities to filings
- Post depreciation and loan entries
- Identify, troubleshoot, and correct accounting discrepancies
- Clean up and organize financial records prior to tax preparation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Strong experience with QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)
- Experience managing books for multiple companies (not just one)
- Background working alongside CPAs to clean up and prepare books
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
