Job Title: General Construction Laborer

Location: Utah County, UT
Pay: $18 - $25 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, typically 6:30 PM - 2:00 AM (hours may vary based on project needs)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Construction Laborer to join our team in Utah County. This position involves a variety of residential and/or commercial construction tasks, including framing, drywall, finishing work, painting, and flooring installation. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with wood and metal framing
• Hang, tape, mud, and sand drywall
• Perform finish carpentry tasks
• Interior painting and touch-ups
• Install various types of flooring (LVP, laminate, tile, etc.)
• Load and unload materials
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow safety guidelines and company standards
• Work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred (1+ year ideal, but willing to train the right candidate)
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to work evening/night shifts
