Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $18.00
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Operate paint machine and ensure continuous product flow
- Wrap finished product in Styrofoam sheeting and stack on pallets
- Monitor paint quality and consistency
- Assist forklift operator with preparing pallets for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Forklift experience required for forklift roles
- Construction knowledge and attention to detail preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive lifting of 10-20 lbs
- Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- High School Diploma or GED
