General Laborer - Backpack Sprayer Experience Required
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer with experience using a 4-gallon backpack sprayer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can follow safety procedures with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a 4-gallon backpack sprayer for application of herbicides, pesticides, or fertilizers
- Follow proper mixing, labeling, and application guidelines
- Perform general labor tasks, including site cleanup, lifting,
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper cleaning and storage
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience using a backpack sprayer is required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
