Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to join a growing fertilizer company in Morris. This position involves assisting with product handling, loading and unloading materials, and supporting daily warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and comfortable performing physically demanding work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stack bags of fertilizer safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks as directed.
- Move materials throughout the facility.
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional general labor tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while maintaining productivity.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
