Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble damaged or unusable pallets using hand tools and power tools to recover reusable lumber.
- Rebuild pallets by selecting appropriate reclaimed boards, securing components, and ensuring structural integrity.
- Sort boards by size, type, and quality to support efficient pallet repair and assembly processes.
- Perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75 pounds and standing for the entire shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures and proper material‑handling techniques.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safety standards.
- Utilize basic hand tools, nail guns, saws, and similar equipment (no prior experience required).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
- Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and perform physical labor for the full shift.
- Steel‑toe boots required (all other PPE provided).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- No experience required-however, background in roofing, construction, or other physically intensive labor is a plus.
- Spanish‑speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
