What You Will Do

• Vehicle Preparation: Blow out dust, thoroughly clean truck beds, apply protective dual-layer plastic, and set precise wire tape along tailgate borders.

• Surface Prep & Scuffing: Scuff critical bed areas with abrasives to ensure proper liner adhesion, and set logos in truck beds prior to spraying.

• Robotic Line Support: Prep vehicles moving into automated robotic spray chambers for fiberglass/spray-in liner application.

• Demasking & Quality Inspection: Unwrap finished trucks, pull tape to reveal crisp liner borders, clean excess material, and inspect spray thickness across all bed areas for quality assurance.

• Cross-Training Rotation: Learn and rotate across 7+ hands-on prep, mask, and finish stations along the vehicle line.

What You Need

• Driver's License: Valid Driver's License required.

• Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work any day of the week, including mandatory end-of-shift overtime and mandatory weekends as required by production needs.

• Attention to Detail: Precision hand-eye coordination for clean masking, tape lines, and quality thickness checks.

• Physical & Hands-On Ability: Comfortable bending, reaching, standing, and using hand tools in a shop or manufacturing environment.

• Reliability: Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to Wentzville, MO 63385.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
