Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

- Assist with planting, pruning, and general plant care
- Operate equipment and tools for grounds maintenance
- Perform irrigation setup and adjustments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Support general field production tasks as needed
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Skills and Experience of the General Laborer:
- Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, or nursery work (a plus)
- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in varied weather
- Equipment operation experience is a plus
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to take direction and ask questions when needed
