A well-established industrial services company is looking for a dependable and motivated team member to support its production and finishing operations. This hands-on role is perfect for individuals with experience in manufacturing, metal finishing, or mechanical work. You'll be responsible for preparing, handling, and finishing a variety of parts and materials while helping to maintain quality and efficiency across the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in repairing, preparing, and finishing industrial components using tools and materials.
• Perform part preparation tasks including cleaning, masking, and fixturing.
• Operate basic tools and equipment for surface finishing or material application.
• Read and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, or instructions.
• Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to check part specifications.
• Safely move parts or materials using carts, lifts, or other shop equipment.
• Support other departments or tasks based on production needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in general manufacturing, finishing, or industrial labor preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

  • Standing, bending, or performing repetitive tasks for long periods
