Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Production Machine Operator for a manufacturing opportunity. This is a great position for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Description

The Production Machine Operator will assist with machine operation, assembly, and general production duties while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. No previous experience is required!

Responsibilities

• Operate and attend production machinery
• Perform general labor and assembly duties
• Work efficiently on a production line
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Follow all workplace safety requirements and procedures
• Complete assigned work accurately and within required timelines
• Meet established production and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors
• Take responsibility for quality and accuracy of completed work
• Safely use hand tools and production equipment

Skills & Qualifications

• Machine operation, general labor, assembly, or production experience is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to accuracy and quality
• Safety-conscious and dependable
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and management direction
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Equipment Used

• Cutting torches
• Hand tools
• Clamps
• Jigs and fixtures
• Pre-fitted parts used for welding and production

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Regularly required to stand and walk
• Ability to stoop, crouch, and maintain balance
• Good communication and hearing abilities
• Ability to remain active throughout the workday

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• No prior experience necessary

Monday: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Tuesday: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Wednesday: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Thursday: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
