Evaluation to Hire opportunity with a long standing sheet metal fabricator.
Duties:
- Assemble and attach components and hardware using power tools and equipment.
- Work at a bench, conveyor line, or on the floor to complete units or subassemblies.
- Check for proper fit and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality.
- Integrate non-metal components such as:
- Pop rivets
- Rubber and plastic parts
- Gasketing
- Casters
- Cabling
- Circuit boards
- Collaborate with a team to meet production goals and maintain high standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with mechanical assembly or related manufacturing work.
- Comfortable using power tools and working with various materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow prescribed procedures and adapt to different assembly setups.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
