Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Production & Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of critical oxygen breathing apparatus, including face masks, cannulas, and associated assemblies. Your work will involve both new production assembly and the diagnosis and repair of items returned for service or upgrades, ensuring all products meet stringent safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical and electronic assembly of oxygen apparatus using hand and power tools.
- Utilize electronic and pneumatic test equipment to evaluate products and document results.
- Conduct diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving on returned items.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, data sheets, and written work instructions.
- Fabricate small parts and electrical assemblies as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with team leaders, supervisors, and managers.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Prior experience and training in mechanical and basic electronics knowledge.
- Strong mechanical, hand tool, and soldering skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows and basic computer skills.
- Ability to understand verbal instructions and possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- A good understanding of basic math.
- Confidence around high-pressure gas conditions and related safety protocols.
- Highly organized, a self-starter capable of working independently or as part of a team, and able to multi-task effectively.
- Experience or interest in aviation is a plus.
