Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking dedicated and dependable candidates to support a leading agricultural company during its busy seed and harvest season. This hands-on role includes a variety of operational and warehouse duties in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and seed storage operations
- Operate machinery including skid steer loaders and/or pay loaders (experience preferred)
- Follow all safety procedures as outlined in company policies
- Support overall plant operations and special projects as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Work effectively both independently and in team settings
Requirements:
- Commitment to a zero-injury safety culture
- Able to meet physical demands: prolonged standing/sitting, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders/stairs, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in confined spaces, and exposure to varying weather (heat, cold, dust)
- Willingness to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed procedures
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable attendance and positive, professional attitude required
- Must be flexible with schedule changes due to weather or harvest demands
