Grants Manager

Pay: $20+/hour DOE
Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Grants Manager for a local non-profit organization. This role is responsible for writing, submitting, and managing grants through the full grant cycle-from research and proposal writing to compliance, reporting, and closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and pursue grant opportunities.
• Write and submit compelling grant proposals and applications.
• Manage the full grant cycle, including reporting, compliance, and renewals.
• Track deadlines and maintain accurate grant records.
• Collaborate with leadership to align grant funding with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in grant writing and grant management.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Nonprofit experience preferred.
