Location: Monroe, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Attendance Incentive: Earn an additional $1.50/hour shift differential each week with perfect attendance.

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join a lumber production team as a Green Chain Puller. This role is responsible for sorting, stacking, and organizing freshly cut lumber as it moves through the production line. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and sort lumber from the green chain conveyor system.
• Inspect lumber for size, grade, and quality standards.
• Stack and organize lumber according to company specifications.
• Remove defective or damaged materials from the production line.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace policies.
• Assist with other production and yard duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, lumber mill, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving lumber throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and industrial environments.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
