Schedule: Thursday / Friday / Saturday | 6:30 PM - 11:30 PM (15 hours per week)
Pay: $21.60/hour

Our client is seeking a dependable and experienced Grill Cook to support food service operations in a school setting on a temporary, part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and has strong experience working the grill station.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and plate food items using a flat top grill and fryer
• Accurately read and execute orders from printed and mobile tickets
• Ensure proper portioning, quality, and presentation of all meals
• Assist with preparing food for various meal periods and special events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked grill station
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Support overall kitchen operations and work collaboratively with the team

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Grill Cook or Line Cook in a high-volume environment
• Hands-on experience operating flat top grills and fryer equipment
• Ability to read and understand English, as mobile order tickets cannot be translated
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
