Positions Available: Part-Time & Full-Time
Pay: $22.25/hour
Schedule:
- Part-Time: Wednesday-Saturday, 5:30 PM-11:30 PM
- Full-Time: Friday-Sunday, 11:30 AM-7:45 PM; Monday, 12:00 PM-8:15 PM
Our client is looking for dependable and experienced Grill Cooks to support food service operations in a school setting. Both positions require hands-on experience with a flat top grill and fryer, along with the ability to read and speak basic English to accurately use the kitchen ticket system.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate food using a flat top grill and fryer
- Read and accurately follow printed and mobile order tickets
- Ensure proper portioning, quality, and presentation
- Assist with food preparation and overall kitchen operations
- Keep the grill station clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Previous Grill Cook or Line Cook experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Hands-on experience operating a flat top grill and fryer
- Ability to read and speak basic English to use the ticket system
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
