Harvest General Laborer – Grain Elevator

Location: Ashkum, IL
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour

Our client is looking for dependable Harvest General Laborers to help keep operations running smoothly during the busy harvest season. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that is perfect for someone who is ready to work hard and stay busy!

What You'll Do:

• Assist with grain elevator operations during harvest

• Load and unload grain trucks

• Help monitor grain flow and equipment

• Perform general cleanup around the elevator

• Shovel and sweep grain as needed

• Assist with moving grain and materials

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Work closely with the team to keep harvest operations moving efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• Dependable and hardworking

• Comfortable working in a dusty, outdoor/agricultural environment

• Able to perform physical labor throughout the shift

• Comfortable lifting, bending, standing, and shoveling

• Able to work in varying weather conditions

• Willing to work extended hours, including weekends, during peak harvest

• Previous grain elevator, farm, or agricultural experience is a plus, but not required
