- Assist with grain handling, loading, and unloading.
- Operate grain elevator equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine facility cleaning and maintenance.
- Monitor grain quality and report any concerns.
- Support truck scale operations and documentation.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, during harvest.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Previous agricultural or equipment operation experience a plus (but not required).
