Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for a production facility located in Marysville, WA. Starting pay is $24 -$25 per hour. This is a full-time, seasonal position with day shift and afternoon shifts available working Monday - Friday. Overtime is common later in the season.
The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for prepping product using a loader, managing material stockpiles, and supplying production with a continuous flow of materials. This role requires working in outdoor conditions and maintaining equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for prepping product using a loader, managing material stockpiles, and supplying production with a continuous flow of materials. This role requires working in outdoor conditions and maintaining equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including trucks, front-end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, and more.
- Manage and relocate material piles to ensure proper segregation.
- Supply production with a continuous flow of materials.
- Monitor stockpiles and manage water usage for production readiness.
- Clean, maintain, and secure equipment per company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating medium and/or heavy equipment.
- Ability to work in dusty and dirty environments.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb in/out of equipment.
- Capability to sit for extended periods and operate equipment safely.
