Heavy Equipment Operator

Location: Moses Lake & Surrounding Area

Pay: $25-$33 per hour, DOE

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to help on carious utility projects, including digging sewer lines, trenching, and other duties as required. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating heavy machinery and teamwork mindset to help ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, front-end loaders, dozers, dump trucks, rollers, and water trucks.
• Help coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Help the team in trenching, sewing line installation, and electrical digging as per the job site.
• Ensure proper maintenance and care of all heavy equipment.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in construction.
• Strong understanding of excavation, trenching, and utility installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
