We are hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for active construction projects in the area. These roles are not entry-level. We are specifically looking for operators with hands-on experience running Takeuchi skid steers and Hi-Ho excavators for foundation and site excavation work.

Pay & Schedule

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate Takeuchi skid steers for grading, trenching, backfill, and site prep
• Operate large Hi-Ho excavators to dig foundations, footings, and utility trenches
• Read and follow grade stakes, plans, and site markings
• Work closely with foremen and crews to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Maintain safe operation around utilities, structures, and other crews
• Follow all jobsite safety and OSHA standards

Required Experience

• Experience operating Takeuchi skid steers or Hi-Ho excavators
• Experience digging foundations or similar
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and equipment operation

Preferred Experience

• GPS / grade control experience
• Utility location awareness
• Construction or commercial foundation background
• Ability to read blueprints or site plans
