Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Heavy Equipment Parts Counter Salesperson for a local client!

Are you experienced in parts sales and knowledgeable about heavy equipment and construction machinery? We are looking for a customer-focused professional to assist customers with parts inquiries, equipment recommendations, and sales while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

• $22.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their equipment
• Look up parts and inventory using computer software and parts catalogs
• Recommend equipment and products based on customer needs
• Pull and organize parts for customer orders
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions
• Process parts inquiries, orders, and quotations
• Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
• Assist with inventory organization and stocking as needed

Qualifications

• Previous parts sales experience required
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and construction equipment required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer savvy with the ability to learn inventory and parts lookup systems
• Desire to learn and grow within the role
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Physical Requirements

• Light lifting required
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
