- Repair & maintain heavy equipment, conveyors, and plant machinery
- Perform welding/fabrication & routine maintenance
- Operate equipment (loaders, forklifts, excavators, etc.)
- Keep work areas clean & safe
What We're Looking For: #renonv
- Experience with welding, rigging, and hand/power tools
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
- Knowledge of aggregates/asphalt a plus
- Team player who values safety
