Job Summary:
We are seeking Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, remote tools, or in person.
- Must be proficient in MS Office collaboration tools such as Sharepoint and MS Teams
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions using a ticketing system.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including equipment setup and account provisioning.
- Support video conferencing and collaboration tools
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
