Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Hose Assembly / Fabrication Associate (Direct Hire) for a light industrial company located in Marysville WA. This is a full‑time, permanent, day‑shift position, working Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Hose Assembly / Fabrication Associate to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, supporting hose fabrication, gauge calibration, and order fulfillment. If you enjoy working with your hands, following precise work orders, and contributing to a team‑driven environment, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a long‑term position with stable hours.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Hose fabrication and assembly
• Gauge calibration and repair
• Physical and electronic receipt of inbound shipments
• Work order generation and electronic builds
• Accurate documentation and document retention
• Pulling, fulfilling, and packaging customer sales orders
• Inventory put‑away and organization
• Maintaining cleaning, safety, and shop standards
• Daily maintenance of tools, equipment, and supplies
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE)
Direct Hire opportunity
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand or walk for most of the shift
• Ability to fabricate assemblies, including insertion of hose end fittings
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs
• Occasional lifting of 70-80 lb packages
Qualifications & Qualities Required:
• Dependable and safety‑focused work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work orders accurately
• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation and work orders
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or fabrication experience preferred
Equipment Used:
• Hose fabrication equipment
• Calibration and gauge testing equipment
• Hand tools and general warehouse equipment
