Hotel Maintenance Technician - HVAC Experience Preferred

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hotel Maintenance Technician to join a reputable hospitality team in Fort Wayne. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and preventative care
• Troubleshoot and service HVAC systems and equipment (HVAC experience strongly preferred)
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure all safety, health, and environmental regulations are followed
• Support property operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in building or property maintenance, preferably in a hotel, apartment, or commercial facility
• HVAC knowledge or certification is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
