Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms including changing bedding, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Perform quality checks to ensure rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards before completion.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and respond to guest requests professionally and promptly.
• Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and linens.
• Walk up and down stairs and be on your feet throughout the day.
• Ensure timely completion of room cleaning to meet daily schedules.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and walk up and down stairs throughout the day.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
