Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a HR & Accounts Payable Operations Coordinator for a well-established local business located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $28 per hour. This is a full-time, permanent position on the day shift, working Monday - Friday.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR, payroll, and financial operations who enjoys wearing multiple hats and supporting both office and field teams.

Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a HR & Accounts Payable Operations Coordinator for a well-established local business located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $28 per hour. This is a full-time, permanent position on the day shift, working Monday - Friday.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR, payroll, and financial operations who enjoys wearing multiple hats and supporting both office and field teams.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Process payroll, payroll tax deposits, and file quarterly payroll and monthly excise taxes
- Administer employee benefits and maintain compliance with labor regulations
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements; manage vendor payments using QuickBooks
- Handle business license renewals and ensure COIs are up to date
- Collaborate with sales technicians and field staff to resolve operational issues
- Order branded materials, uniforms, and supplies
- Plan and attend company events and promotional activities
- Support marketing initiatives and assist with campaign coordination
- Maintain compliance with third-party payment systems and reporting requirements
- Perform daily bank deposits and monitor budget performance
