Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local manufacturing company in Peru, IL seeking a dependable and professional HR Administrative Assistant for a temporary 3-6-month assignment. This position will support the Human Resources department with a variety of administrative and recruiting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting and candidate communication
• Maintain and organize employee files and records
• Perform data entry and database updates
• Support general office and clerical functions
• Assist with HR-related projects and administrative tasks
• Work periodically within plant office environments as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous office, administrative, or clerical experience required
• Recruiting or HR support experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient with basic computer programs and data entry
• Comfortable working in both office and plant settings when required

Important Notes:

• This is a highly confidential HR position.
• Candidates should not have immediate family members currently employed by the company.
• Assignment is expected to last approximately 3-6 months.
