Key Responsibilities
Front Desk / Reception
- Great and direct visitors, customers, and contractors
- Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and ensure ITAR compliance procedures are followed
- Manage voicemail and distribute messages appropriately
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional
HR Support
- Coordinate and schedule interviews; communicate with hiring teams and candidates
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including paperwork and orientation facilitation
- Enter and maintain employee data in the HRIS system
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records
- Update employee training records
Administrative & Office Support
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Support company events and participate in the events committee
- Participate in safety committee meetings and take minutes as needed
- Tidy and prepare conference rooms
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or HR support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
