Our client, a growing aviation company based in Scottsdale, is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team of 85 employees. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a go-to resource for employees and leadership alike.

What You'll Do:

• Support day-to-day HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, and compliance
• Serve as a friendly, approachable point of contact for employee questions and concerns
• Manage and maintain HR software systems and employee records
• Assist with recruiting, benefits administration, and policy implementation
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience

What We're Looking For:

• Strong working knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance
• Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent phone and interpersonal skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Experience with HR software required; BambooHR experience a big plus
• A proactive, self-starter mindset
