The HR Promotions Specialist is responsible for administering and supporting our unique internal promotions process, helping employees take the next step in their careers. The Promotions Specialist is at the center of the action-coordinating, problem-solving, and ensuring every promotion moves forward seamlessly. 30% Administer the Internal Promotions Processes and Logistics
● Post openings, manage applications, process hiring steps, and ensure all details are handled accurately. Process stipends, collaborate with vendors, and ensure invoices are handled efficiently.
30% Be a Key Point of Contact and Keep the Process Moving
● Assist employees and managers navigating the promotions process, answer questions, and keep communication flowing. Coordinate promotion schedules, distribute announcements, and support employees through the transition.
25% Update and Maintain Accurate Data and Reporting
● Track promotions, update records, and generate reports from Workday as needed.
15% General Administrative Responsibilities
● Perform general administrative tasks for other areas within the HR Department, as assigned
What You Will Bring…
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, coordination, or process management.
● Strong technical skills - experience with Google Docs, Sheets, and HRIS (Workday preferred).
● Excellent communication skills - ability to work with employees, managers, and vendors in a professional, friendly, and solutions-focused manner.
● Strong attention to detail - ensuring accuracy in promotions data, communications, and processes.
● Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-changing, high-energy environment.
