HTST & Evaporator/Dryer Operator

$19.94/hour | 4-Day Schedule | Evening/Night Shift

Join our production team and play an important role in turning fresh milk into high-quality dairy products and non-fat dry milk powder. We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on team member who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems, and being part of a team.

Your Schedule

• Monday: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM
• Tuesday: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM
• Thursday: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM
• Friday: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Operate milk and cream pasteurization (HTST), evaporator, and dryer equipment.
• Monitor production and adjust equipment to meet quality specifications.
• Operate CIP cleaning systems and maintain sanitation standards.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, including gaskets, valve seals, and equipment tear-downs.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and sanitation records.
• Follow food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work closely with the intake and loadout teams to keep production running smoothly.
• Assist with inspections, cleaning, and other plant duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and safety-minded with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working around large industrial equipment.
• Able to read and follow procedures and instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs with assistance.
• Able to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, reach, and work at heights when required.
• Willing and able to obtain the required state HTST operator permit.
