We are looking to hire an Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter in the Cookeville, TN area. Pay is $16.00-$20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

-Maintain employee records

-Assist in recruitment process

-Assist with onboarding for new hires

-Mediate conflicts and ensure that employee concerns are addressed properly

-Collect, organize and analyze HR data to generate HR reports

Skills:

-3+ years of HR experience in a relevant field

-Ability to work independently and motivated

-Prioritization and time management skills

-Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail

-Consistent work history
