What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Complete HVAC installations and service calls efficiently and professionally
- Accurately troubleshoot system issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and services performed
- Document completed work and maintain accurate service records
- Deliver high-quality service with minimal callbacks
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and industry best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
What You Bring:
- Previous experience servicing and repairing residential HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have your own HVAC tools, including hand tools, power tools, gauges, meters, ladders, and recovery equipment
- EPA Certification preferred, but not required
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
