We're looking for a dependable, detail-driven HVAC Installer to join our growing crew. If you're EPA certified, know your codes, and can troubleshoot like a champ-this is your next move.
Pay: $25+/hr DOE
Type: Full-Time
What You'll Do:
• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve them quickly and efficiently
• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specs and local code requirements
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites (must have a clean MVR)
• Work independently while keeping safety and quality top of mind
• Represent the company professionally on every call
What You'll Bring:
• ✅ EPA Certification (required)
✅ 2+ years of hands-on HVAC install experience
✅ Additional HVAC certifications = a big plus
✅ Clean driver's license and MVR - no exceptions
✅ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices
✅ Attention to detail and ability to work solo or as part of a team
✅ Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
