What You'll Do:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve them efficiently
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
- Operate a company vehicle to and from job sites (clean MVR required)
- Work independently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
- Represent the company professionally at all job sites
What You'll Bring:
- EPA Certification (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
- Additional HVAC certifications preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (required)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
