We are seeking a driven and customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to join a growing team in Scottsdale, AZ. You'll play a key role in generating new business, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for residential and commercial HVAC services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and follow-ups
- Identify and develop residential and/or commercial HVAC service opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to understand customer needs
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for estimators or technicians
- Follow up with past customers and warm leads to drive repeat business
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
- Increase booked appointments for service and sales teams
- Contribute to overall growth in new customer acquisition
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- Monthly sales targets of $8,000-$10,000+
- Consistent lead generation and pipeline activity
- High conversion rates on booked appointments
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment
- Experience handling inbound and/or outbound calls
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals (calls, appointments, sales, etc.)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000 per year
