Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose & repair residential HVAC systems with precision and efficiency.

• Deliver expert consultation to homeowners, offering tailored system recommendations.

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.

• Use advanced diagnostics tools to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

• Educate and advise customers, presenting system upgrades, repairs, and service plans in a clear and professional way.

• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, recommendations, and parts used.

• Ensure safety and compliance, following all relevant codes and company protocols.

• Stay prepared, keeping your truck stocked and tools ready for any challenge.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience in residential settings.

• Strong diagnostic, consulting, and customer communication skills.

• A sales-minded approach to helping customers solve problems.

• Valid driver’s license and HVAC certification/license.

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC trade school or apprenticeship preferred.

• Physical ability to work in varied environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, etc.).
