We’re looking for a skilled technician to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure residential HVAC systems are running efficiently. You’ll use advanced tools, deliver top-notch service, and help homeowners stay comfortable year-round.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and tune up HVAC systems to keep them running smoothly.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance to prevent future issues and improve efficiency.

• Make light HVAC repairs when needed or recommend replacements.

• Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining any issues and next steps in a professional, friendly way.

• Follow all safety protocols and local HVAC codes.

• Keep accurate service records and parts usage logs.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of HVAC technician experience (residential preferred).

• Completed HVAC training program or apprenticeship.

• Valid HVAC license and driver’s license.

• Strong skills in diagnostics, repair, and customer service.

• Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, and outdoors.

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
