What You'll Be Doing
- Install, service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues
- Respond to service calls and emergency repairs efficiently
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
- Ensure jobs are completed safely and accurately
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience handling residential service calls
- Great communication and customer service abilities
- Boiler experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
