Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems with precision and care.
- Diagnose HVAC issues and perform troubleshooting to resolve problems efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and system tune-ups to ensure equipment operates safely and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety protocols on every job.
Qualifications
- Previous HVAC experience required
- Knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, and basic HVAC system operation
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, motivated, and willing to continue learning
- Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work in a variety of environments
