Pay: $20-$25/hr

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial assembly, mechanical assembly, or related field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently on complex, non-repetitive builds
• Experience working in a machining or manufacturing shop environment preferred
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Responsibilities:

• Assemble large, custom machinery and equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Interpret blueprints and layout components for proper fit and alignment
• Perform mechanical assembly including fitting, bolting, fastening, and aligning components
• Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues during the build process
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and supervisors to ensure project accuracy and completion
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols
